How your donation will make a difference to Kenya Lacrosse
Every single donation made to Kenya Lacrosse will change the lives of our athletes. Your contribution goes directly to ensuring that we are giving hope, opportunity and a future to a new Kenyan generation through the power of sport.
No matter how small every single donation helps and will go towards changing and improving lives. A bottle of water costing approximately $1 or 75p sterling or a bus fare $2/£1.50 makes a difference, so please give what you can.
Your donation will cover food, water, transport, kit shoes and non-voluntary coaches. We support approximately 100 athletes per season.
Your donation will cover additional non-voluntary coaches, food, water, basic toiletries, transport, chaperones and pitch markings. We aim to have one per month, finances allowing.
It is vital that Team Kenya get match practice and experience the western world in advance of participating in the World Championships. Therefore we are looking to bring the team on a three-week tour in April 2019. This would also give vital promotion and awareness to the lacrosse world and we hope they will support what we are trying to achieve.
These 5-day camps are for the top 30 players. Your donation will cover accommodation, additional non-voluntary coaches, food, water, basic toiletries, transport, chaperones and pitch markings. We aim to run these camps every quarter, finances allowing.
This is your opportunity to sponsor a member of Team Kenya, the first female African lacrosse team, to represent at a World Championships. It's not every day you can play a part in making sporting history and contribute to lacrosse being eligible for the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
